Lilly & Main is an online marketplace providing you with access to a wide range of sustainable fashion items and accessories.
Our aim is to make your shopping experience as easy and joyous as possible, by offering a platform for conscious brands to showcase their products all under one roof. We did the work so you don’t have to!
Each brand is vetted for their sustainability and conscious approach in all steps of the fabrication process.
Who said you had to choose between sustainability and style? A clear conscience never looked so good!
What is a marketplace?
A marketplace allows you to have access to many different providers, giving you the luxury to order from more than one seller in one go. Each item on our website is sold and delivered directly to you by the providers / brands that make it.
What do you look for in providers?
Our providers are all vetted by us personally. We look at all their production process from beginning to end to determine how sustainable they are. We also ask for all available certifications. Please contact us if you would like more information about a specific brand.
How do I place an order?
To place an order click on the item chosen and select your size. You can then add this item to your basket and continue browsing. Once you are ready to check-out you can click on the basket icon on the top right of the page and follow the steps.
What if my size is not available?
If the size you are looking for is not available please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
What are the delivery costs?
We offer free UK delivery within the UK. For international deliveries please contact us to find out costs and countries covered.
Where do you deliver to?
All our brands deliver to the UK, with some also offering international deliveries. As each brand has their own specific policy, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are looking for international delivery.
I haven’t received my parcel / There is a problem with my order
Please contact us and we will liaise with the relevant brands to get it sorted asap. Even though we are not responsible for the delivery of items we take these enquiries very seriously and endeavour to have them resolved asap. We want our customers to have a joyful and stress-free shopping experience with us, and we only work with brands that share our views and put customers first.
What is your return policy?

All of our brands offer a return policy within 14 days of receiving the items, as long as the item has not been worn and the tags are intact. If you would like to return or exchange your item please email us directly at email@example.com, with your order reference number, the name of the item you would like to return, and the reason for the refund / exchange.
